Aimtec Launches a 30W DC/DC Converter with a Regulated Output

The AM30CW-NZ is a high-power density 30W DC-DC converter in a compact 1x1 inch package. It features a wide 4:1 input voltage range of 18-75VDC with an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C which is ideal for a wide range of industrial applications. 

This series can provide standard output voltages from 5,12,15 and 24VDC and has been designed to meet the 62368-1 standard which is the new safety standard for ICT and AV Equipment. With an input/output isolation of 1500VDC tested for 60 seconds, this series can meet most system isolation and safety requirements.  Features such as short circuit protection (OSCP), over-current protection (OCP), over-voltage protection (OVP), and under voltage lock-out (UVLO) come standard with the series and can help engineers power their design with a robust power supply. 

                               

The efficient AM30CW-NZ operates with a typical efficiency of 88%, along with a maximum capacitive load of 7200 µF which can help power a wide range of applications in environments such as grid power, instrumentation, industrial controls, communication, and civil applications.
